How to Use Our VPN Service

Welcome to Surf.RUN.Place — your secure and fast VPN solution.
This guide explains how to order, set up, and start using your VPN connection step by step.

1. Requesting or Purchasing a VPN

You can either:

  • Request VPN access manually by contacting us at

  • Purchase a VPN plan directly through our website.

After submitting your request or completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.

That email will include:

  • Your VPN configuration file (.conf) for WireGuard, and

  • A text version of the configuration (in case you prefer to set it up manually).

2. Supported Devices and Platforms

WireGuard works on almost all modern devices.
You can use our VPN on:

  • 💻 Windows (10, 11 and newer)

  • 🖥️ macOS

  • 📱 Android smartphones & tablets

  • 📱 iPhone / iPad (iOS & iPadOS)

  • 🐧 Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, etc.)

  • 🖥️ Routers that support WireGuard (such as OpenWRT, MikroTik, or AsusWRT-Merlin)

3. Installing WireGuard

Step 1: Go to https://www.wireguard.com/install/
Step 2: Download and install the version for your device.
Step 3: Open the WireGuard app once it’s installed.

4. Importing Your VPN Configuration

You will receive your configuration in two formats:

  1. File (.conf) – ready to import, or

  2. Plain text – can be entered manually.

Option A — Importing the file:

  1. Open the WireGuard app.

  2. Click “Import from file or archive”.

  3. Select the file you received from Surf.RUN.Place.

  4. Activate the connection by pressing the “Activate” or “Turn On” button.

Option B — Manual setup:

  1. Open WireGuard and select “Add tunnel → Create from scratch”.

  2. Copy-paste the configuration details you received by email.

  3. Save and activate.

Once connected, your internet traffic will be encrypted and routed securely through our servers.

5. Configuration Example (Text Format)

Here’s what a sample configuration looks like:

⚠️ Do not share your private key with anyone.
Each configuration is unique and tied to your account.

7. Security Notice

  • All VPN credentials are generated individually for each user.
