1.1. These terms apply to the purchase of digital proxy services offered on www.surf.run.place.
1.2. All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
1.3. The price and service description are provided next to each product or subscription plan.
1.4. The service is considered delivered once the proxy access credentials or API keys are issued to the user via the website, email, or customer dashboard.
Placing an Order
2.1. Add your chosen proxy plan or service to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
2.2. During checkout, fill in the required fields (such as email address for delivery) and select a preferred payment method.
2.3. The total cost will be displayed before confirming your purchase.
2.4. The sales contract is considered valid once the payment is successfully processed.

Delivery of Digital Services
3.1. All services sold on surf.run.place are digital and are delivered electronically.
3.2. Proxy access credentials, login details, or other digital service components are typically sent automatically via email or displayed in the user’s account after successful payment.
3.3. In rare cases of technical delays, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
Refund Policy
4.1. Due to the digital nature of the services, refunds are generally not provided once access credentials have been delivered.
4.2. Refunds may be granted only in specific cases, such as:

The proxy service could not be activated or used due to a verified technical issue on the provider’s side;

The user was charged multiple times for the same service.
4.3. Refund requests must be submitted to surf.run.place@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
4.4. Each case will be individually reviewed, and, if approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the same account used for payment.
Service Quality and Availability
5.1. SIA “L.E.A.” guarantees reasonable uptime and performance of proxy servers.
5.2. Temporary downtime may occur due to network maintenance or server updates.
5.3. The company is not liable for issues caused by third-party service providers or end-user misuse.
Invalid or Blocked Access
6.1. If purchased proxy credentials or access are found to be invalid or non-functional, the customer is entitled to either:

Replacement of the proxy service, or

Full refund of the paid amount.
6.2. The seller bears all losses related to invalid or undelivered proxy access.
Direct Marketing and Data Processing
7.1. Personal data is processed only for the purposes of order fulfillment, billing, and service provision.
7.2. Marketing emails or promotional offers are sent only with the customer’s explicit consent.
7.3. Customers can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in emails or contacting surf.run.place@gmail.com.
Settlement of Disputes
8.1. Complaints must be submitted via email to surf.run.place@gmail.com.
8.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, customers may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
Final Provisions
9.1. This policy complies with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
